Window Tinting in Pittsburgh, PA
Pittsburgh drivers have trusted Two Guys Detailing with their vehicles since 2015. As a certified Suntek installer, we back every tint job with a lifetime warranty and a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Most shops default to basic dyed films. Instead, we work with ceramic window film. Unlike dyed films, our films hold up, block real heat, and filter UV without fading out on you in a season or two.
If you want the premium look and longevity, you are in the right place.

Types of Window Films we Offer
Dyed Film
Dyed film is one of the most affordable entry points into window tinting. It handles privacy and glare well, but heat rejection is limited. Longevity is the real concern here as it tends to fade and turn purple over time.
If you want a film that holds up, we’d point you toward something better.
Carbon Film
Carbon film delivers better heat rejection without you having to spend top dollar. It blocks more heat than basic dyed film and holds its color longer, making it a smart mid-range pick for drivers who want a real upgrade without stepping into premium pricing.
Ceramic Film
Ceramic film blocks heat more effectively than dyed or carbon. It does not interfere with GPS, cell signal, or radio; and holds up well over time. It is more expensive up front, but it lasts.

What Sets Our Window Tinting Work Apart
Lifetime Warranty
Every tint job we do comes with a lifetime warranty. If it bubbles, peels, or fades due to a defect, we’ll fix it at no extra cost.
Owner-Overseen
Every vehicle gets the same attention to detail because the person who built this business from the ground up is still the one making sure the work is right before it leaves the shop.
We Know What Bad Tint Looks Like
One of the most common complaints we hear from new customers is that a previous shop messed up their tint and would not fix it. Purple tint, bubbles, uneven edges, and gaps at the top of the window. We see it constantly. We fix it correctly.
Fair, Honest Pricing
Every estimate is free. We tell you what the job costs before we start. No hidden fees.
Experience Across Every Vehicle Type
Cars, trucks, boats, RVs, fleets, even emergency vehicles. If it has glass or paint, we have worked on it. That range of experience shows up in the quality of every job we do.

Step 1: Tell Us What You Need
Call, text, or email us your vehicle details and what you have in mind. We will discuss your options and give you a straight price.
Bring It In
We are based in White Oak. Drop your vehicle off and we will take it from there. Most passenger vehicles are done within 45 to 60 minutes per window. We will give you an accurate time estimate when you book.
The Work Itself
Glass gets cleaned, film gets cut to fit, and every edge gets checked before we consider it finished.
You Leave Knowing What to Expect
We go over the results with you before you take the keys. Fresh tint needs a few days to fully cure and we will tell you exactly what to do and what to avoid during that time.

Frequently Asked Questions
How dark can I go on my windows?
Pennsylvania has legal limits on window tint. Front-side windows must allow at least 70% of light to pass through. The rear windows and the back window can be darkened. We will tell you what is legal for your vehicle before we start.
Will tint interfere with my GPS or phone signal?
Ceramic film does not interfere with GPS or phone signals. This is one of the reasons we recommend it over metallic films. Your navigation, cell service, and radio will work normally.
How long does window tinting take?
Most vehicles take about 45 to 60 minutes per window. A full car usually runs a few hours total. We will give you a time estimate when you book.
How long do I have to wait before rolling down my windows?
We recommend waiting at least three to four days after installation. The adhesive needs time to cure fully. Rolling the windows down too early can pull the film off the edges.
Does window tint really help with heat in Pittsburgh summers?
Yes, noticeably. Ceramic film rejects a significant amount of solar heat. If you park outside or sit in traffic, you will feel the difference.
What if the tint bubbles or peels?
It is covered under a lifetime warranty. Bring it back, and we’ll fix it. No charge.
Can you remove the old tint and replace it?
Yes. We can remove existing film, clean the glass, and install fresh film. Old tint removal adds some time to the job, so let us know when you call.
